Job Description
General Responsibilities and Duties
Participate in the development of selling tools, ranging from product catalogs, to sales
sheets, to in-store signage
Initiate and brainstorm promotions to improve product offerings and increase sales;
develop new, cutting edge marketing tools to assist representatives and customer service
team
Assist in the development of marketing plans for a multichannel business including
wholesale, retail, and personalization program
Assist in any and all aspects of advertising from social media efforts, to traditional
executions such as radio, newspaper, and trade publications; provide creative direction
Run reports to analyze sales and effectiveness of marketing efforts, provide insight based
on findings
Attend trade shows as needed, manage events and conferences
Provide insight concerning new product development, ranging from market analysis to
product presentation, packaging, and price
Become a resource to personalization program participants, including duties such as
individual store follow-ups, reporting, product development, and eNewsletter
communication
Gain laser engraving experience to assist with training of new accounts and customer service
Help in the development and curation of content for wholesale website–product
descriptions, images, events, and articles
Ultimately collaborate with coworkers to improve and grow P. Graham Dunn business
General administrative duties in support of any and all marketing efforts
Utilize Microsoft Office for communication/organization; Adobe Suite and Corel
experience a plus
