You design a beautiful web page, an enticing email or a killer printed page, a gorgeous package. You put your heart and soul into it and it doesn't work, nobody buys what you are selling. Or maybe, you have something that is working but you think it could perform better.
Nicholas Michel from Precision Dialogue will show us how user experience testing and analytics can use tools like eye tracking, emotion-detecting headsets, carefully selected focus groups and advanced analytics to help you improve the effectiveness of your designs and user interfaces and to find out how your target audiences really use and react to your creations.
Nicholas will talk about how these tools can produce analytics that will help you make your messaging more efficient, often on the scale of hundreds or even thousands of percent increase. Learn out how to be a better designer by targeting what your audience REALLY responds to.
