Our Digital Marketing team is expanding and adding a Digital Graphic Designer. This role is responsible for driving execution and production of experiences including but not limited to web pages, emails, paid media, social posts, and various landing pages. If you have a creative mind, collaborative work style, passion for all things digital and are fluent digital design tools, wed love to see your portfolio and talk further.

Specific Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Design pages and experiences for websites based on approved design direction and Kichlers brand guidelines
  • Partner with multi-media brand managers on photography & video asset executions to bring designs to life
  • Partner with copywriters to assure that content and visual design work together as a cohesive story-telling vehicle
  • Design and build digital ads including, static ads, HTML5 animated banners, responsive ads, and animated banners
  • Design and build eCommerce A+ content and brand stores
  • Design and execute email designs and layouts for brand campaigns
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager to further enhance channel design direction and elevate executions for various channels differences
  • Visualize data and tell stories through graphic assets such as infographics
  • Establish and implement current industry best practices and standards for all digital design; keep digital style guide up-to-date
  • Research and recommend trending digital design, layouts and interface to enhance user experience

Skills and Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience designing relevant work for Brands
  • Knowledge of technical design and structure of digital projects, including the production of digital images, video, games, and multimedia pieces optimized for the web
  • Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Basic UI and UX design experience

Experience in responsive web design

  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize creative and engaging digital content
  • Collaborative work style, team player and ability to balance feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Experience articulating and presenting creative ideas/treatments to brand teams
  • Adept at problem solving and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs/timelines to make decisions and meet quality standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects meeting tight deadlines/turnaround times
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Staying on track with emerging digital design trends and culture, engaging with the wider digital creative community
