SUMMARY – The mDesign Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in planning, developing, creating and executing CRM, PPC, email and ecommerce campaigns. Additionally, this position will collaborate with internal and external partners to implement organic and paid initiatives, collect and interpret data for executive-level presentations, and recommend best practices to capitalize on emerging trends. The role will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement a holistic, consumer-centric approach that helps drives business with impactful results.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of CRM, PPC and Amazon AMS Services, including Lightening Deals, Deal of the Day, Coupons and the like. He/she will also have strong analytical skills with knowledge of e-commerce monitoring tools and some experience with data analytics. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, resilient and team-oriented.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Assist in monthly/seasonal planning and development

Assist in the recommendation, development and execution of Amazon coupons, Daily Deals, Lightening Deals and the like

Assist in development of email campaign strategy; create tactical email calendar; monitor performance

Create and execute email marketing campaigns and promotions

Assist in management of third-party vendors with day-to-day aspects of advertising campaigns, including ad copy and idea generation, testing, bid management and keyword expansion

Identify opportunities and analyze key performance indicators in the marketplace to diversify campaigns

Provide trend analysis, benchmark reports, attribution analysis, and provide suggestions to grow and optimize landing pages, creative displays and ad copy testing

A/B testing and measuring ad variations of text ads, ad-groups and keywords

Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting and display networks that drive revenue growth

Track, analyze and report data from CRM, PPC and email campaigns

Assist with content strategy and keyword strategy to increase ranking on all major search networks

Provide recommendations on best practices to further drive traffic to Amazon, Ebay and mDesign


QUALIFICATIONS – The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar field

1 to 2 years’ experience developing and executing CRM and PPC campaigns

Experience working with Amazon preferred

Solid understanding of SEO and SEM best practices

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

Photoshop experience a plus

Familiarity with building and/or managing PPC campaigns a plus

Detail oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines

A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on various projects simultaneously
