The Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of design and layout solutions for TPC and TPC companies. This role collaborates with the larger marketing team to strategize and execute programs in alignment with the company’s key initiatives for sales and growth.  


  • Deliver a consistent, integrated experience in relation to branding, design, and/or look & feel across print and digital marketing collateral, communications and branded displays.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to expertly design digital and print communications and tools (catalog, literature, cut sheets, pocket cards, case studies, white papers, e-books, infographics, social media images, advertisements, mobile app and web-based visuals).
  • Leverage the department’s marketing automation software (HubSpot) to package strategic marketing communications and share in social media/website content management.
  • Shoot professional photography of product and source environmental imagery, maintaining a library for print/digital application.
  • Coordinate, shoot, edit, package, and collect amateur video of product demonstrations for use as internal training tools and/or external marketing communications.
  • Oversee the department’s inventory of collateral and translating select marketing materials into other languages.
  • Administer TPC’s promotional products program maintaining the catalog of items, exploring options for new offerings, communication with reps, and vendor/shipping partners to facilitate the program.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts & Media, Communications, Marketing, or 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on multiple projects with moving parts.
  • Excellent communicator in both the written and verbal forms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft PowerPoint and and iMovie or comparable video editing tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the role and application of inbound and outbound tactics in the B2B or B2C marketing space.
  • Excellent methods for ensuring personal organization and consistent follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on multiple projects with moving parts.


  • Experience with HubSpot or related marketing automation software and tools.
  • Experience with website content management (CMS).
