The ever expanding CrossCountry Mortgage Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator! This person will assist in the creation and development of our Affinity program’s marketing materials and communications, working with a Marketing Specialist. This ideal candidate will be able to maintain marketing strategies and will be energetic, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, a problem solver, and possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Ability to update and maintain a consistent, creative look of the graphic design for all marketing/sales materials including print and web banners.
- Highly organized, adaptive and detail oriented.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to multi-task across projects.
- Excellent Project management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience implementing marketing programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a high workload.
- Skilled in building strong field relationships and other critical business partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others and collaborate across internal departments.
- Possess a positive can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task.
- Work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with sales teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Basic graphic design skills
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Coding, HTML, and SEO marketing a plus.
