The Marketing Production Coordinator will assist in producing and delivery of all in store and customer facing print marketing collateral, including signage, tags, training materials, product guides and campaign overviews.  This role will assist in launching product, campaign and selling initiatives, responding to one-off requests for print marketing materials, and managing ad hoc requests from the marketing, creative, product and store teams.  The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail and be able to thrive within a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with merchandising, marketing, creative and store operations teams to gather information (pricing, product information, campaign information, etc)
  • Establish and monitor timelines for each project to ensure completion by expected due dates
  • Manage ongoing assets and keep updated with any pricing changes, new product information, etc
  • Assist in designing ad hoc promotional assets
  • Upload artwork and provide clear directions to our vendors for print jobs
  • Prepare data sheets for vendor use
  • Create a Display Standards communication for Arhaus retail locations
  • Handle UPS shipping issues that may arise regarding toolkits or signage
  • Assist in creation of visual ‘how-to’ guides to provide to stores along with the printed assets
  • Assist in answering questions from store teams and supporting one off requests

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Creative Suite – primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Adobe Acrobat
  • Graphic Design Experience a plus
